Indie/alt rock song lyrics help?

A song was playing on the radio the other day and the announcer didn't mention it's title or the artist... It sounds very indie rock to me, and all I know is that it keeps repeating "Every time I turn around (wah oooo wah oooo) Every time I turn around (wah oooo wah oooo)" and I'm not sure that there are any other lyrics.. It may also be "every time YOU turn around," I'm not really sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd really like to know the title/artist of this song! Thanks.
