How do you contact jagex?

ok, ive been navigating the runescape and jagex websites for about 2 hours, i cant find out how to contact jagex, WHY ARE THEY ALLOWED TO MAKE THEMSELVES SO ******* HARD TO CONTACT?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?, please someone tell me how to contact them, before you say some stupid comment about how to contact them, can you at least test it to make sure it works, cuz i notice a lot of old questions about how to contact them have incorrect answers that dont work, i just want to speak with someone at jagex to let them know that they are too ******* hard to contact, and that they muted me and didnt specify why
