What is the WiiWare game that involves running and rainbows?

I played it a while ago, but for the life of me I cannot remember the name. It's pretty simple, it forces the sidescrolling, and if you collect a plus sign an announcer says something and the rainbow following you, along with the level music and sound effects, changes.
