Do atheists actively proselytize or try to convert people to their religion/word view?

tbh atheists annoy me just as much as evangelicals and jehovah's witnesses and scientologists do. they are all cut from the same cloth and can't seem to understand that nobody is interested in their beliefs and if we wanted their opinion we would ask for it.
