If your 4th grade kid came home from summer camp and announced "i got saved" ..what would you do?

That kind of stuff happens all the time. I remember I went to summer camp in grade 6, I didn't know it was a religious camp before I agreed to go. It was awful, we never went swimming once, but we had bible study every day.
